Welcome to IBS

Thank you for visiting Innovative Body Solutions, Inc. (IBS) where we have combined our personal expertise and years of experience in the fitness and athletic arenas to bring you the most modern and balanced total body program in todays ever-evolving and health-conscious world.

Our foundation for continual success is the use of todays most innovative flexibility program called Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching.

Common stretching techniques that have been used in the past and present have had a tendency to either leave individuals feeling overstretched and weak or without the results that they want and need.  By implementing Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching into any exercise regimen, training modality, or activity (leisure or otherwise) it has the uncanny ability to make any of those things that we may engage in much more results-driven, enjoyable and pain-free.

Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching uses cutting edge positions that allow us to stretch muscle groups along their correct action/movement patterns.  This allows us to change or upgrade 16 different types of organic materials present in the body such as joint capsules, ligaments, tendons, and fascia.

In addition to the aforementioned as well as noticeable and permanent increases in flexibility and strength, there is also the possibility for Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching to increase aerobic capacity in the muscles as well.  Ultimately Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching will allow you to be stronger and go longer so that the muscles do not fatigue before you do!

Steve and Anne are both highly trained in the art and practice of Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching and have had years of valuable experience in this new technique. They have worked with a wide range of individuals including Olympic athletes/professionals, executives, and people with chronic pain.
